Eric Stader, MD

Dr. Eric Stader moved to Lancaster in 2003, practicing medicine for four years before opening High Point Family Medicine, LLC in partnership with Dr. Slane in November 2007. Dr. Stader went to medical school at the University of Oklahoma and completed his residency in Family Medicine through the University of Iowa in Mason City, IA. Dr. Stader’s practice of rural family medicine includes teaching, travel medicine, endoscopy, cesarean sections, nursing home care, and office procedures.

Dr. Stader serves as an adjunct faculty member for both medical schools in the state of Wisconsin as well as several Family Medicine residencies and Physician’s Assistant programs in the region. He is passionate about mentoring and training the next generation of physicians. He also volunteers as the Medical Director for the Fennimore EMS and is the Medical Director at Orchard Manor. He has served as the Treasurer, President, and Board Chair of the Wisconsin Academy of Family Physicians; he is currently the alternate delegate from Wisconsin to the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Stader lives in the country with his wife and family. He serves on the board of 516Now, a grassroots mission organization focused on building holy, prosperous, and sustainable communities, currently working in Latin America.
