With their shared interest in full spectrum family medicine and their complementing strengths, Drs. Eric Slane and Eric Stader opened High Point Family Medicine, LLC, in November 2007 with locations in both Lancaster and Fennimore. They later added Jessica Varnam, MD, Neil Martin, MD, and Jessica Klein, PA-C. Their team of providers works cooperatively, along with their staff, to fulfill their mission, “to help you improve your physical, emotional, and spiritual health.” High Point serves patients of all ages, all the way from birth to end of life.
We Are Committed To...
Our partners, staff, and families. We will manage our practice in a way that allows us to pursue healthier lives. We will take time for family, faith, fitness, and fun as we seek to live a balanced life.
Our patients. We will pursue excellence in our medical practice.
Our communities. We will promote healthy communities by residing and participating locally. As you achieve better health, it results in a healthier community.
After operating for nine years on the Grant Regional Health Center campus, High Point Family Medicine, LLC moved to its current location on the corner of East Lincoln Avenue and Madison St (Hwy 61) in June 2017. High Point's location is ideal for the business, not only for public visibility and patient accessibility, but also due to its proximity to Grant Regional Health Center. When you are in the hospital, High Point physicians are just a short walk away.
We welcome walk-in acute care for established patients at our Lancaster location on Monday mornings from 7am-8am.
We have been serving our patients in Fennimore from the beginning, but as of January 2024 we have a new location. We can now be found inside of Grant Regional's newly constructed building on Lafollette street. There will now be onsite x-ray and physical therapy services.
